We are looking for a Market Research Analyst and Translator who is passionate about the rapidly evolving Japanese energy sector. This role is perfect for a motivated individual eager to grow with our expanding business, particularly in energy regulation and policy.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Translation: Accurately translate critical documents and information related to the Japanese Power Market from Japanese to English.
  • Market Research: Monitor, summarize, and analyze key regulatory and policy developments in Japan’s renewable energy industry.
  • Communication: Clearly present complex issues to team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Client Interaction: Attend client calls, present research findings, respond to inquiries, and document action items.
  • Project Documentation: Track and document project progress, including timelines, issues, risks, and successes.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Chief of Staff. This role is ideal for someone who excels in administrative tasks, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys supporting a fast-paced team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as making room bookings, scheduling meetings, and arranging restaurant reservations.
  • Editorial Assistance: Assist in standardizing and enhancing the appearance of reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Google Workspace is a plus).
  • Document Management: Update and maintain various internal documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Email Correspondence: Manage and reply to emails on behalf of the Chief of Staff, ensuring timely and professional communication.
