Job Title: Japan Power Market Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Renewable Energy Consultant who is passionate about the evolving Japanese energy sector. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to contribute to and grow with our expanding business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Monitor, summarize, and analyze key regulatory and policy developments in Japan’s renewable energy industry.
  • Client Interaction: Attend client calls, present research findings, respond to inquiries, and document action items.
  • Project Documentation: Track and document project progress, including timelines, issues, risks, and successes.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project performance, plans, budgets, and overall status.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English and excellent Japanese.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in the Japanese renewable energy sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize and present complex issues clearly.
  • Team Player: A friendly, collaborative attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
What We Offer: Flexible Initial Engagement: Start with a flexible commitment of 5-10 hours per week. There is potential for increased hours and role evolution based on your interests, skills, and what you enjoy doing most. Ideally, we are looking for a team member to grow into a role of 10-15 hours a week.
